The AI-assistant for Tax Research (and more!) has received a power-up.

Accountants across Australia can now benefit from these new AI features:

General Everyday Tasks

Forget ChatGPT and Copilot.

In the following video, we show how SavvyWise can enhance the productivity of accountants by assisting with everyday tasks.

See here: https://www.loom.com/share/533eca377657434194c2c93c16eff651?sid=872550d9-6cc0-4cd1-86dd-890b818d5fdd

By integrating these AI capabilities we help accounting firms mitigate the burden of multiple subscriptions.

You don't need separate platforms for general tasks like email drafting (e.g. ChatGPT) and another built specifically for tax research.

You get all these capabilities within the one platform: SavvyWise.

To show you what can be achieved with our General Everyday Tasks Model, in the video we demonstrate various functionalities such as:

✅Writing professional emails.

✅Replying to client enquiries.

✅Creating Excel formulas and macros

✅Preparing for meetings with brainstorming and agendas.

WA Taxes & Duties Research

We now have a dedicated research mode for Western Australian duties and taxes.

See this in action here: https://www.loom.com/share/147626b3f4d742d69f9dff49a475752e?sid=87e1d7e7-8e6b-4063-ace6-2e1df004827d

In the video, our co-founder and CPA accountant, Drew Pflaum, introduces the WA taxes and duties model within SavvyWise, designed to assist accountants with queries related to transfer duty, land tax and payroll tax.

This tool streamlines the research process by providing direct links to relevant legislation and OSR guidance.

He demonstrates with two examples:

  1. How to find information on the family farm exemption.

  2. The implications of selling a business with only intellectual property as an asset.

He encourages accountants to explore this feature and utilise it to save time in duties research.

Audit Research

We have released early access to an audit-focused model for testing in alpha.

See this in action here: https://www.loom.com/share/2616a53532694704a695d9b8a4369940?sid=f3d734ef-03c9-4b7d-b435-9b02af1a749a

In the video, we show how SavvyWise can assist auditors in finding substantiation for their work, similar to how it aids tax accountants.

We walk through examples, such as determining the appropriate treatment of machinery leases and recognising income for SaaS subscriptions, highlighting the importance of authoritative guidance like AASB 16 and AASB 15.

While the model is still developing, we encourage you to refine your prompts to receive better answers and substantiation.

Your feedback will be invaluable as we work to enhance this tool.

Folders for Chat Organisation

Accountants can now conveniently organise their AI chat history for easy reference.

In the video, we show you how to use the Folders feature to create a structured system for your chats, allowing accountants to categorise them however they like, such as by team or specific client.

For example, we demonstrate creating folders for MB's team and CP's team, as well as subfolders for specific clients, team members or tasks.
